Chelsea Thomas-Benoit is an enthusiastic, hardworking and driven leader with a passion for event management, project management, digital marketing and mental health. Moreover, she is committed to the overall growth of those around her and has a fervor for planning events, especially throughout the Carnival season. With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Marketing (Hons.), Chelsea is committed to using these skills to understand consumer behaviour in order to produce outstanding and unique events. On the side, she is also a budding entrepreneur and aims to be the best cultural curator that she can be. Having served as the first and only woman and regional Culture and Entertainment Affairs Chairwoman at the University of the West Indies, she has an appreciation for culture and values unity throughout her region. Also, as a recipient of awards centered around leadership and service, Chelsea has also proven her dedication to transformational leadership throughout the past 4 years. In the next 5 years, Chelsea hopes to pursue her Masters in Marketing or Integrated Marketing Communications, in order to become one of the top leading Digital Marketers and Event Planners throughout the region.
